As the rain moved out of the area Saturday and music echoed through the streets, the crowd began to get larger at the annual Downtown Sanford StreetFest & Fireworks.
SANFORD POLICE DEPARTMENTAnne Morgan Gregory, 32, of the 1100 block of Hawkins Avenue, was cited at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday at her residence on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing.
