Police: Person hospitalized after reportedly being hit by train in Arlington Heights Share Updated: 2:56 PM EDT Apr 25, 2021 WLWT Digital Staff Share Updated: 2:56 PM EDT Apr 25, 2021 WLWT Digital Staff WLWT Digital Staff A person was taken to the hospital Sunday after reportedly being hit by a train, according to the Reading Police Department.It happened around 11:20 a.m. when a person was reportedly hit by a train along Carthage Avenue.The person was taken to UC Hospital where they underwent surgery. Their condition is unknown at this time.Police said they do not know the identity of the person injured. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 513-733-4122.
