Updated: 6:56 PM EDT May 5, 2021 A Massachusetts man who was a major player in the U.S. cocaine trade in the 1970s and 1980s, and the subject of the biographical crime film Blow, is dead at the age of 78.George Jung died Wednesday morning in his hometown of Weymouth, according to a post shared on his Instagram page.A post on Jung s Twitter account also confirmed his death by sharing his lifespan (1942-2001) and a quote from the movie Blow, in which he was portrayed by Johnny Depp in 2001.
