yeah! brian anderson and carson stallmaker are two members of the legendary shots and they join us now where within a matter of hours, they ll be graduating high school. first off, congratulations, brian and carson. what gave you the idea to even try this? brian, why don t you explain? well, last fall, last summer, we made a shot after a statue called vulcan here in birmingham and it got on the home page of yahoo and after that, we thought what can we do to be completely different from anything we ve done before? and one of the ideas that we had is build a catapult. we decided to go out there and do it. how did you put it together, carson? well, we just went, you know, got a bunch of wood. first, we got some designs many we looked at a catapult and kind of copied down some designs and went out from the viking next door? and then put it together. you put together and then you started practicing in an open field. they got tired of you being there. let s try this shot.
