A 26-year-old man was arrested Saturday on felony drug and firearm charges after he allegedly fired several rounds from a handgun near hiking trails, according to the Carson City Sheriff s Office. Jesse Jonathan Sillis-Teran, 26, of Carson City is being held on $27,911 bail.
