Carson City’s “Capital Toastmasters” is holding a special “Open House” Tuesday, Oct. 18 at the Black Bear Diner. “Capital Toastmasters” is Carson City’s Premier place where individuals can practice and overcome their fear of public speaking in a friendly, supportive environment.
