Kathryn McCool, executive director of Reciprocity Inc., will be the featured speaker at Monday’s Carson City Democratic luncheon. As Senior Program Officer at the State Department of Corrections, she has managed the re-entry program at the Southern Desert Correctional Center in Indian Springs since April of 2013. She founded Reciprocity, Inc.
