Autumn is coming. It seems our days of 80+ degree weather is over, but so are rainy days we’ve seen this week. The Carson Aquatic Center welcomes everyone to a ‘Dive-in Movie’ on their new LED screen: Finding Nemo is a perfect flick for the whole family.
With support from the Nevada Department of Wildlife Hunter Education Program, Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act and Carson City’s Capital Improvement Program, the City recently invested more than $800,000 into its Rifle and Pistol Range.

The Carson City Rifle and Pistol Range will adjust to its summer schedule starting Saturday, May 1. The Range will be open to the public for drop in use Tuesdays through Sundays 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting.
