michael, do you have an idea how many pilots and crew members are also stranded? because we re seeing the luggage there. presumably from passengers, since most of you guys carry with you on carry-ones, but there have to be pilots and crew members also stuck in locations that are not home? we did, yeah. we had, pilots, of course, supposed to be home for christmas that weren t. stuck out on the road. lots of pilots stuck without hotel rooms, had to search for their own. some didn t find them. they were sold out. so slept in airports just like everybody else. it s been a struggle for us as well, and and frustrating. extremely frustrating. and heard criticisms coming from secretary buttigieg, also the biden administration, specific to southwest in recent days. what do you sort of think needs to be done to prevent this in the future? what can you done on a federal level? federal level? i m i can tell you two things southwest needs to do. number one, increase and fix the
