Celebration of life service for 84-year-old Carroll Fisher of Wellman will be held Wednesday, January 27 at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 26 from 3-7 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. The family well be present from 5 to 7 p.m.
