Carroll County received between 4 and 6 inches of snow Friday morning, closing schools and delaying county government operations. According to Doug Brown, deputy director of Carroll’s Department of Public Works, the county is currently down 10 drivers and 4 mechanics due to COVID-related protocols, delaying some services.
