A new report delivers disparaging news on tobacco use - it remains the leading cause of preventable death and disease in Washington state.
The evidence, in a new American Lung Association report, leads to failing grades for state leaders:
An F for funding tobacco prevention programs
An F for access and help for people to quit
An F for not ending the sale of all flavored tobacco products
