We have secured contracts to utilize primary care positions from within the community and the future. I have spoken to veterans. Congress and service organizations, and other stakeholders. During those visits, i have found v. A. Employees to be overwhelmingly dedicated to serving veterans and driven by our strong v. A. Institutional values of integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect, and held in this acronym, i care. We will continue to work with stakeholders to ensure accountability. There are over 100 ongoing investigations at v. A. Facilities. By the department of justice, the office of special counsel, case, we willage take the appropriate disciplinary actions when all the facts and evidence are known. But we will not wait to provide veterans the care they have already earned. Going forward, we will focus on sustainable accountability. And also with that we have [laughter] we have a commentary on the constitution of the United States, two volumes. This is gorgeous. And also what we call the familiar exposition of the constitution of the United States by the joseph story, and with all modesty i must say it has a foreword by me. [laughter] [applause] now if youll join us all, and we have in the foyer we will have a reception where you can personally meet the judge, but before we leave i just want to thank you again personally for being with us for all youve done for the law, and particularly for being with us tonight. As such we had a long line of delayed treatment for those who needed it in the city of tulsa. I think that we need to remind those in this debate that Health Insurance and health care are two different concepts. And also this. As you expand the role of government, particularly the federal government, the inflation is going to continue to rise in a substantial way. We have talked about using these programs that we have talked about at the state level. That we need to curtail alto and cost of medical care. And what ends up happening is a competing expansion as a role of government. Its not what ill do daytoday, but it is relevant to my comments today and so this includes the unconstitutionality of the Affordable Care act in march of 2010. And you remember the human cry in and the criticism that was level against the state attorney general and it was a political case to make demonstration will that. It was an Election Year and the attorney general was merely a puppet to challenge the admi

Thank you. I yield back, mr. Chairman. Thank you very much. Members, we do need to pause. I apologize to the witnesses. We think it may be about 30 minutes for us to go and do that. Well give you a heads up when were going to start back. And this hearing is in recess un

Guest were weak and ineffectual and it seemed the allpro of colors were a bunch of whiny men. One woman is beaten every 15 seconds in this country by a husband or partner. That is one woman every 15 seconds. Issue is swept under the rug in this country. Probably and most likely because most of the perpetrators are male. The only way this will ever change is if men are willing to look at their own bad behavior and address it had on. I was listening to your commentator and the ones from the Bloomberg News talking about reidsls being on harry desk. Each and every one of those bills have a repeal of what they call obamacare. Whoever is your commentator, i just heard they comment on the rathero called in than having democrats, and and letrepublicans comment, democratic and republicans fight it out on the show. If you
