This all began about 1 30 yesterday afternoon when police say he and two other people in a stolen gmc sierra 1500 pickup truck reported stolen out of san jose was pulled over by an officer with one year on the force. This car stop happened behind auto zone off of the irvington street. Now initially we believe that the officer had no idea this truck was stolen in the first place, but the truck ran into the officers car. Shots were fired.
