Officials say William Arthur Wick, Jr. was previously last seen on Market Street in Port Royal, Virginia, at 8 a.m. He was possibly headed to a doctor s appointment in Fredericksburg. (WWBT) - The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office said two people were shot and another person was injured during a road rage incident near Fort A.P. Hill’s gate Monday afternoon. “There was possibly some road rage behavior going on,” Lt. Travis Nutter said. It quickly escalated into violence when seven shots were fired on Route 301 just after 4 p.m. “We believe there was only one shooter involved.”

(WWBT) - Virginia State Police said a driver was killed after he ran off the road and struck small trees. Troopers were called at 11:11 a.m. Thursday to the crash in Caroline County on Gatewood Road about 1/10 of a mile west of Route Bullocks Road. Police said a 2015 Honda CRV was headed east on Gatewood Road when it ran off the road and hit small trees. The driver, Donald Frederick Erickson, 63, of Ruther Glen, did not survive. Police said he was wearing a seatbelt.
