One student in the Class of 2023 is already celebrating, and not just because she's graduating. Selah Longchamp, a senior at Bethel High School, was accepted into more than 20 colleges.
An annual event organized by Waukegan Township, the tour is designed to give high school students a look at college possibilities they may not have considered.
