Governor Roy Cooper has appointed Coastal Horizons’ Treatment Operations Director, Ryan Estes, to the North Carolina Commission for Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services of the Department of Health and Human Services.
The Commission was created in 1973 to promote excellence in prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation programs for persons with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse disorders.

Ryan Estes is Coastal Horizons’ Treatment Operations Director.
