Boone County experienced a five-day average of 71 new cases per day Nov. 3, the date of the presidential election. Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services reported 19 new cases Monday and a five-day average of 11 daily cases.  Columbia in early November was more than a month away from its first COVID-19 vaccine shipment.
