DeDe Stevens of Carson City is this week s guest on Women to Women. Ms. Stevens was born in Bogota, Columbia of a Columbian birth mother who shortly gave her up for adoption in a Bogota orphanage. Upon being adopted by an American family, DeDe officially entered the United States when she was 12 years old.
