North east and just about every kind of coastal stormy kind of warning going on from the high surf, the high risk of rip currents, Coastal Flood Advisory, we have them all going. You can see even in the darkness you can pick up white caps from the ocean that is being stirred up by this system as it moves along the the shoreline. Obviously nobody is out on the beaches, and shouldnt be, and basically, very, very few people are out on the boardwalk in this entire town. We have some wind gusts though, i want to show you some of those. It is so wet and windy out here. I was updated with these numbers but i could not get into my phone. It is water logged. Reporter conditions have not gotten any better at all. Wind are gusting out of the north east. They are sustain at 22 miles an hour. They are gusting 30 plus. You can feel every wet drop of that. Also notice what is happening with the rain we have seen here, and with the high tides, starting to think about coming in here, it will start in a little bit, we will find these streets filled with water. We have a lot of water on these streets even at the present time as you can see. Now if you go back here take a look at the oceanfront and one of the reasons we are fining the water coming up higher now is because we have a flash over from a sea wall and there is that Coastal Flood Advisory in effect. Let me show you where that encompasses. The it goes from Atlantic City basically northward. Just watch for that from about 8 00 a. M. And that is at the time of the high tied until noon. Anyplace that normally floods and there are absolutely definite areas thaw necessity will flood when you pick
Wind whip. Standing out in Atlantic City. Particularly in the spots like im on, main avenue, youre really, really dealing with the element at this point. The high tides are coming in various times up and town the coast. We cane what the ocean is up to at this point. Were not that far from it. You can see the ocean is starting to come up, big waves coming across here all morning long. So, this system is not over, that storm is out there it is turning up the water. The the inlet, of course and also in the the atlantic ocean. So the best advice is the advice we have been giving all morning. If you have to be outside, dont take your great umbrella.
