And we do say good morning on this tuesday, and were going to start with that deadly weather situation in the caribbean. A catastrophic strike from Hurricane Matthew is imminent for haiti and parts of jamaica. You can see the massive storm on the radar swirling in the sea, packing winds of more than 140 miles per hour. Overnight in jamaica the outer bands of matthew hit kingston sending a wave cras gas stations are closed as Police Rescue people and try to take them to higher ground. And we have this video from haiti in the meantime, taken right before sunset. The sea is already rising even with the storm well offshore. Category four dangerous maximum sustained winds at about 140 miles an hour. Here is a center of circulation. It is about to cross over the eastern part of cuba and then possibly devastate the bahamas. All of our computer models these are hurricane models bending toward florida and then moving back out over hatteras but notice nothing inland. All of them agreeing that this is going to be hooking back out to sea. But there is a major change in the forecast. The National Hurricane center just put out the 5 00 oclock forecast, and we do have change to talk about. The storm a little bit slower in speed to the north at 9 miles an hour. Deputies have not released information about the second suspect. There was a chase this morning. A trsk stop led to an arrest and a fully engulfed suv that ended early in the streets of east oakland. Patrol officers tried to stop an suv about 1 30 this morning. The driver sped off. Stripe spikes eventually made the rims of that car catch fire.
