Actually, the real goal of obama care is to expand Health Insurance to some of the 48 million people, thats 16 of the country, who do not have it. So first, lets back up and talk about how insurance works. Preobama care, if you dont have insurance through an employer, then you have to buy your own policy, and that really sucks. Especially if youre sick or have anything that an Insurance Company could call a preexi preexisting condition, like
