exist. several strip club owners want the court to do away with the $5 fee charged to enter strip clubs. they say it is an unconstitutional regulation of free expression. so far the fee has generated $13.6 million for the state. a lot of stripper poles. the law specifically applies to strip clubs that sell alcohol. it could be months before the court rules on the case. no surprise that a lot of people are e-mailing in about that story this sunday morning. some positive news on the economic front. retailers say teen shoppers are making a comeback, and it is raising hopes of a broader upswing. a report in today s los angeles times says teen retailers have soared past sales expectations for the last two months. that s because teens are spending about 6% to 8% more than they did just one year ago. we are joined right now by cnbc s carmen ulrich. i m glad i didn t have to make that segue. the stripper pole segue. if we talk about teens, the
