Russian river has overflowed its banks. The once pristine shoreline now awash in a sea of mud and deb s debris. Residents many of them living in tents, moved out before the flooding. Its spectacular to see the river come back and north nature say you occupy a lot of space here, but im in charge. Reporter down the road to the west, the river bend rv park is largely under water. Fortunately, not before most of the rigs relocated to higher ground. I live in santa rosa, but this kind of thing interests me and i like to take pictures of it so i came out to take a few snapshots. Reporter a day later passengers a bit uneasy. its scary because you never know whats going to happen. You know, these days, everybody has guns and youre taking a chance where ever you go i really believe that. Reporter this man was detained shortly after the shooting, then later released after police determined he was not the gunman. Bart officials describe the shooter as a 6footthree African American man, last seen wearing a green hooded jacket, blue jeans, red and black boxer shorts, with tanmilitary style boots and a backpack. i aint going to say i hope it was targeted, but if its random, if its, um, people shooting people randomly, then thats really scary. Reporter bart spokesperson jim allison says not all cars on the trains have Security Cameras, but some do. Its unclear if one was installed where the shooting happened.
