And as they were crossing, they were struck by a vehicle. The 64yearold driver who struck the sisters and baby stopped at the scene to cooperate with police who say alcohol and drug do not appear to be factors. Also at the scene was the car the young women got out of, along with the relatives with whom they had that days agreement. Police say they likely saw that tragedy unfold.
