Anthonia Egegbara was charged with attempted murder Tuesday, after surveillance footage showed her shoving an innocent woman towards the tracks as a train hurtled into Times Square station.

A federal jury recently convicted Carlos Javier Figueroa, a 43-year-old Rochester man, of narcotics conspiracy, possession and discharge of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and murder while engaged in narcotics conspiracy. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of at least 30 years and is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 7.
