Just as Many Americans headed out of town for thanksgiving, a massive storm headed up the northeast. 40 Million People are in its path. Some places are getting two inches of snow an hour. Along the coast, its pouring rain. The northeast weather helped cause more than 4,000 flight delays and more than 700 cancellations today nationwide. Transportation correspondent jeff pegues begins our coverage. Reporter it was tough going on the highways in the northeast from new york to pennsylvania and virginia, slick roads and low visibility made for treacherous driving conditions. Salt trucks fanned out trying to stay ahead of the storm, which is blanketing several states with a mix of snow and rain.
