Subscriber only A Sunshine Coast woman has been jailed for six-and-a-half years for running a wholesale methamphetamine racket over two periods, and being involved in a gunpoint robbery where a victim was stabbed. Mountain Creek woman Anikee Doreen Judy Sarre, 25, a former childcare worker of five years, pleaded guilty in Brisbane Supreme Court on Wednesday to a variety of offences. They included two counts of trafficking in a dangerous drug, possessing a commercial quantity of a drug, meth, armed robbery in company, and assault occasioning bodily harm. The court heard Sarre trafficked meth over two occasions, from October 1 to December 2, 2018; and from March 3 to July 18, 2019.

Subscriber only A young Ipswich meth-addict was dealing up to 7g of ice per day, buying an ounce of drug for $3300 on at least one occasion, while using it himself, a court has heard. Ebbw Vale man Troy Graham King, 29, a former resident of Mountain Creek on the Sunshine Coast, pleaded guilty in Brisbane Supreme Court on Wednesday to five drug-related offences, which included trafficking in ice, possessing a commercial quantity of ice and a smaller amount of another drug, and possessing cash and a mobile phone. The court heard King trafficked over a period of 76 days between May 4 and July 18, 2019.
