DENVER, May 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest global digital customer experience (CX) technology and services innovators for end-to-end, digital CX solutions, announced its plans to create 450 customer service jobs in the next six months in the Kansas City region.
All positions will initially be work-from-home, with plans to move to a new office location in Overland Park in the near future.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. â The City of Overland Park announced Monday night it will release a report into the 2018 shooting death of John Albers by then police officer Clayton Jenison.
In a statement, the city said ongoing litigation and continuing challenges to the publicâs confidence in city officials and law enforcement led to their decision to release the report.
âContinuing to withhold the Officer Involved Shooting Investigation Team report has become an obstacle to restoring the communityâs trust and confidence in the City of Overland Park, its officials and the Overland Park Police Department,â the statement reads.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. â Whataburger is one step closer to becoming a reality in the Kansas City area.
The Texas-based burger chain announced Friday that the Chambers of Commerce for Overland Park, Independence and Lee s Summit will conduct two groundbreakings next week as Whataburger prepares to open four restaurants in the area this fall.
The Overland Park Chamber Of Commerce will join Mayor Carl Gerlach and members of City Council at 9 a.m. on Thursday at site of a planned location at 8420 W. 135th Street.
