The fence was put up following the unrest in the area but neighbo purpose . Saying that the park has never been the problem before or sense. The move is being taken by neighbors as sheriff clarke claiming authority on how the situation should move forward. But some say hes not going about it the right way. The county executive was out here around 7 00 this morning as members of the department of corrections loaded up the orange fencing. The document alluding to the fact that theres no longer a threat, and park hours should return to 6 00 am to 10 00 pm, but by this afternoon, deputies were carrying out orders, unloading new orange fencing, and putting it in place.
