coalition bear? yeah, i mean, it s interesting because carl belt, who is a former foreign minister of sweden, he actually called for nato or the nato countries, the nato allies to consider doing more to help the afghans, at a minimum to help evacuate those afghans who are now in danger because they helped us with our efforts, our military, political, military efforts in afghanistan, so they clearly also have a responsibility, they also have been evacuating their citizens and the afghans who helped them. i think that, look, all is not lost, alicia. at this moment, i m glad we re sending some additional troops in because we have to try to save as many lives as we can including american lives. but i don t know how we move forward from here to allow the afghans a real chance to maintain the afghan government a real chance to maintain its capital and have some, you know, some normal island of existence for some of the afghan citizens,
called sweden democrats. in 2010, it got less than 10% of the vote in 2014, 13%. recently the party has been polling even higher. why am i tolling you this? don t be fooled by the name, sweden democrats is a far right anti immigration nationalist party with reported roots in neo-naziism. it s focus on egalitarianism, on human rights, the party could finish in the top three. what in the world? how did this happen? joining me now is a fantastic guest, sweden s former prime minister, carl belt. carl, is there a simple bottom line that explains it? is it immigration? i think that s part of it. this is the pattern we have seen throughout europe for the past couple of years that we have the emergence of populist parties to the right, we didn t have those

that swedish politicians have taken to twitter in response. the former swedish prime minister, carl belt, saying on twitter, sweden? terror attack? what has he been smoking? questions abound. another tweet from a prominent american, chelsea clinton who has become a troller in chief on twitter when it comes to the president s comments and the comments of his aides, she tweeted what happened in sweden friday night? did they catch the bowling green massacre perpetrators? now, that reference to bowling green is a reference to something that white house counselor kellyanne conway said in a recent interview talking a nonexistent massacre in bowling green. and i ll remind our viewers as well that the white house press secretary, sean spicer, repeatedly referred to an attack that never happened in atlanta. later clarifying he was talking about the orlando attack. so clearly the president s remarks raising a lot of
