Based in Luxembourg, Gorsse will be pivotal in advising Vallair on all capital expenditure decisions as well as sourcing and negotiating financing for Vallair assets and programmes. “For any capital-intensive programme, project financing is key,” says Grégoire Lebigot, CEO of Vallair. “Our Cargo Conversion programme is a prime example of this.
