As coronavirus cases surge more dramatically than they did during the summer spike and this comes as daily covid cases in the state have doubled over the last 10 days, 40 counties today were ordered to take at least one step back in the states tiered economic reopening system prompting businesses to depending on the county, the rain further limit indoor capacities.
