Good evening everyone. Search teams in Santa Rosa Napa and mendocino recovered more bodies today. The death toll up to 36. It is likely to rise again. We also have new evacuations in Sonoma County north of santa rosa. The pocket fire has been threatening homes east of highway 101 and the Alexander Valley area. Tonight we found families clearing out under evacuation order. A late air attack and some bulldozer lines appeared to have slowed it down. Cal fire says the fires have destroyed at least 5700 homes. And more than 340 square miles of land has burned. Tonight there are 9000 firefighters trying to contain the flames. 10 times that number 90,000 people out of their homes. This summer, Summit County sheriff said it is not safe for them to go back. We are worried about where the fires are going. We are not going to have people go back in.
