Murder suspect was at northwest Dallas strip club with victim hours before shooting, police say

A 35-year-old man is in custody in connection with a fatal October shooting that Dallas police say took place after he and the victim were at a strip club together.
Andrew Cardell Foreman faces a murder charge in the slaying of Shamont Small. His attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
Police were called the morning of Oct. 9 to the 2400 block of Arbuckle Court, near Ables Lane in northwest Dallas, where they found Small, 38, lying in a grassy area along the road. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
