hi. i m phillip ashley and this is phillip ashley chocolate, a luxury designer chocolate maker. when i started researching chocolate, it was very limited so i really wanted to challenge what i looked at as the status quo and go above and beyond. most chocolates, they re typically one nut, one flavor. with this chocolate, we have bourbon whiskey, black pepper, black tea, orange blossom honey, card mom, several other spices like cinnamon. all those things go together to make one piece. so a lot of different flavors. bourbon. we use different shapes, sizes, different types of polycarbonate molds and this allows us to paint whatever style that we want. people eat with their eyes first so presentation is everything.
