Southern Illinois University Carbondale photojournalism students will receive vital insight into honing their skills April 12-14 as they document people and events in Alto Pass and Cobden.
Audiences will notice a slightly different lineup among the advertisers who are seeking to capture attention of what experts believe could be the highest-viewed Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 11, said Bridget Lescelius, an associate lecturer in Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s School of Journalism and Advertising.
More than 225 students from 15 local high schools gained greater insight into journalism, advertising, and graphic design at the 72nd annual Southern Illinois School Press Association Winter Conference hosted by SIUC.
