Coming admissions are changing. The u. S. Supreme court dealt another blow to affirmative action programs this morning. The court u upheld the right of states to ban racial preferences in university admissions. This case does relate to voter pass constitutional amendment. The voters of michigan said that they didnt want to see any preference given in the Public University applicant process, not given for ethnicity, race or gender. A lower federal court overruled that and said that was discriminatory. The Supreme Court disagreed, and on a ruling 62, they upheld the Michigan State law, and this changed the michigan constitution.
