Co-leader Marama Davidson says the Government s adopting a Green plan - for using revenue from polluting companies to fund transition to lower emissions.
She says the Finance Minister s agreed to ring-fence and recycle the revenue from the emissions trading scheme to fund urgent climate action.
The budget also includes nearly 400-million dollars to develop low-carbon technology and to implement the Carbon Neutral Government Programme.
