Sheridan County's Commissioners have approved the appointment of County Engineer Ken Muller as the viewer in the vacation of portions of two properties within the county.
Muller will act as the viewer on the vacation of a portion of Carbon Hill Road and the vacation of Story Avenue between Blocks

Grand Jury
LISBON Zachary K. Humphreys, 27, Walnut Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment charging him with counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony, alleging he was facilitating fraud by using counterfeit U.S. money on March 24, 2020. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in February.
A secret indictment also was served to Mia N. Sheets, 30, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. On Dec. 31, 2019, Sheets was allegedly found with at least the bulk amount of methamphetamines, but less than five times the bulk amount.
