A secondary benefit as well there is a secondary benefit to merseyside which is when people have skilled jobs they are secure and they spend their money predominantly in the local economy, so your restaurants, hospitality, your theatres, etc, also gain secondary because when people have jobs and feel they can go out and enjoy themselves and spend that money in the shops and restaurants etc, that is a double benefit for the region.
