Researchers at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, have reported the first demonstration of a chip-scale entangled photon source in SiC in a new paper published in Light: Science & Applications.
