Not BLACK METAL! They were an influential band but barely have 1-2 black metal songs. If their existence is solely on the basis of influence then why isn t Slayer at the top of death metal bands list since they were far more influential to the genre than any other bands and also have few songs reminiscent of Death Metal? Its absurd! Bathory is a Thrash/Viking/Prog Metal band nothing more. Stop worshipping the dead! Geez, I could even see Slipknot here what s wrong with y all?
