SUDBURY Students at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School have been attending school two mornings a week since September an amount that is far too low, according to a parents group who claim the administration and School Committee are disregarding their concerns.
These claims have been levied following a School Committee meeting in which one member said students mental health was not the responsibility of the school district. In addition, the Sudbury Public Schools, the K-8 district for the town, announced that it will return to full in-person learning in April.
On Monday, Superintendent/Principal Bella Wong announced that students would be returning to the classroom four mornings a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) beginning on April 26. Details regarding the plan were scheduled to be announced at today s School Committee meeting.
