After reading all these and other comments and class action taken against cadillac, can anyone tell me if actual cadillac reps have ever acknowledged that there is a problem, or are they all a bunch of illiterate mutes that have to be told where to find the engine. My journey started with the purchase of a 2013 ATS in 2013, and there has never been a time when I could say that I was satisfied with the service. I am typing this in Saskatoon,Canada. I had to order an ATS, and during the wait time which I was told would be about 14-18 days (one of many laughs), cadillac came out with a promotion of $500 worth of gas. I called the salesman and he assured me that I was eligible and that I would receive it I double checked it. When the car arrived 3 MONTHS later I was told that the offer had run out and I would get no gas.
