Volkswagen recently unveiled an innovation that would surely help the company mobilize its electric vehicle charging method and at the same time, cut costs on parking lots that provides recharging to drivers. The new EV Mobile Charging Robots brings a 25kWh battery packs that it would use to fast charge vehicles without the need to get out of the car.
Yes, that is right, Volkswagen s innovation is not a new charging station
per se, but a mobile charging robot that would come directly to the electric vehicle when approached. Think of it as this way: it would be like the gasoline stations that have employees or staff that would pump the gasoline for drivers, without the need to leave the vehicle.

The software updated ended up consisting of a few changes to the user interfaces and the main new features were 3 new in-car video games and a new Boombox feature to play sounds through the car s external speakers.
