The driver of the st got after the car after the accident and jumped over the Center Divide. At that point he jumped over the Center Divide their ran into traffic and the southbound lane. At that point, that person was struck and killed by at least one vehicle. That vehicle is still outstanding. Chp says dont know who or what struck the person. The driver of the second vehicle was taken to a local hospital where injuries are unknown at this point.
