please. judge jeanine: captain steve young is with the kansas city p.d. police department. thanks for being with us this evening. thank you. judge jeanine: well, all right, captain, a lot has happened since yesterday. there is talk about metal detectors, csi vans and minutes ago we hear police were on the roof. what is going on there? well, as you mentioned yesterday afternoon the fbi came out here with metal detectors and searched the area beyond the property in the back. that wasn t from a tip, it was just based on an idea that somebody had and we thought we would give it a try. today the family reconsented on the family and we came back with metal detectors and checked out the backyard and the roof and the rest of it is just we are trying everything we possibly can. judge jeanine: what would a metal detector identify for you? we don t know and it doesn t really matter. we thought we would give it a try and you never know what would turn up. as you know, we have been
