A Bengaluru-based family has posted a video on Twitter accusing Air India of not allowing their pet dog onboard despite having a boarding pass. The video of the incident is now going viral.
The Bengaluru-based passenger accused Air India of not allowing pets with all the qualifications onboard flights, because of which he had to suffer major losses.
"We had booked the tickets about three months back. We have been in constant touch with the Air India authorities on the process for travel with our pet," he said.
