KOTA KINABALU: Families of those who perished in the Double Six Nomad crash tragedy in Sabah will decide next week whether they will take any action against anyone linked to the incident.
KOTA KINABALU: Johari Stephens, who was sitting in the co-pilot seat in the 1976 ill-fated Nomad crash that killed him, his father Tun Fuad Stephens and nine others, was just a passenger on the flight.
PETALING JAYA: Sabah Air, the airline involved in the Double Six tragedy, was operating illegally and there was a squabble among two senior men, one of whom had been just removed from his position.
KOTA KINABALU: A claim made in a documentary that the Nomad aircraft had an issue with its tailplane, also known as the horizontal stabiliser, has been backed up by the Australian report into the 1976 Double Six plane crash, says the daughter of former Sabah chief minister Tun Fuad Stephens.
PETALING JAYA: Australia's investigation into the 1976 Double Six tragedy, which reports of the pilot's "poor ability" and overloading of the plane, mostly tallies with Malaysia's findings.
